After breakfast, depart for moshi, a town on the foothills of Mt  Kilimanjaro with trekking guide. transfer to Moshi Keys hotel on bed and breakfast basis. Day free to get ready for the trek next morning.  Lunch, dinner and overnight at hotel.

Drive to Marangu Park Gate through the coffee and banana plantations.  After park formalities, proceed with the climb to reach the virgin forest and then after four hours arrive at the Mandara hut at 2750 m.a.s.l. Picnic lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at Mandara hut.

After breakfast proceed to Horombo hut, at 3720 m.a.s.l, following a track through the forest and
then through the savanna bush for the next four hours. This is an excellent place in this route
for acclimatization, while gaining the altitude slowly. Overnight at Horombo hut.

Begin to attempt the summit climb at approx 2330 hrs, arriving at the rim at Gilman’s Point,
At  5744 m.a.s.l recognized as the top. Continue trekking along the rim to attain the summit at
uhuru peak 5895m. After witnessing the sunrise and taking photos, it is here that you can have that feeling "i have conquered Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain of africa" then
descend to Horombo hut for dinner and overnight. This day of trekking is 10 - 12 hours in duration;
lunch is served during the trek.

After breakfast, descend to Marangu Gate, meet the waiting driver and drive back to Arusha Centre Inn for hot shower and celebratory dinner & overnight.

Free morning in nairobi for sightseeing and shopping. Transfer after lunch to j.k.i.airport for the return flight home
