Day 1
Arrive at J.K.I. Airport Nairobi, Receive and transfer to Nairobi Safari Club on bed and breakfast basis. Rest or if the time permits a tour of Nairobi. Briefing, lunch and dinner hosted by Gat safaris. Overnight at the club.
Day 2
Depart after breakfast for Mountain Lodge, a tree hotel, overlooking a salt lick where animals come to drink water and Mount Kenya, in Mount Kenya region. Reach in time for lunch. (around 3 hours) Game viewing from terraces and balconies of the room. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 3
Depart after breakfast for Samburu Serena Lodge in Samburu National Park in northern hemisphere where grevys zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, blue-legged somali ostrich and oryx can be spotted. Arrive in time for lunch. (about 5 hours) Rest and afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight
Day 4
Depart after breakfast for Sweetwaters Tented Camp in Mount Kenya region situated on equator. Arrive in time for lunch. (2 hours) Afternoon game drive in the ranch, and a visit to chimpanzee sanctuary. A very beautiful and serene tented camp. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Day 5
Depart after breakfast for Lion Hill Lodge in Lake Nakuru National Park. Drive across the great rift valley and cross the valley floor to reach Lake Nakuru National Park. This park is rich with birdlife and is world famous for millions of flamingos. It is also a rhino sanctuary and you will see both black and white rhinos here. There are surprisingly a large number of animals in this small and beautiful park as well. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. (about 5 to 6 hours) Afternoon game drive. Dinner & overnight at the Lodge.
Day 6
Depart after breakfast for Mara Serena Lodge in Masai Mara National Park where the big five (buffalo, elephant, lion,leopard & rhino), and all other animals can be spotted. Arrive for lunch at the lodge. (about 6 to 7 hours) Rest and afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 7
Whole day at Mara Serena Lodge with 3 game drives in Masai Mara National Park. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at the Lodge
Day 8
Depart for Nairobi after breakfast and reach around lunch time. After lunch transfer to the JKI.Airport for the return flight back home.
